Immigration has released Legislative Instrument effective 1 July 2017 stating that it will keep the English testing exemptions for people who have completed at least five years of full-time study in a secondary and/or higher education institution where all of the tuition was delivered in English.

This is indeed very good news for a lot of affected applicants in this category who thought they needed to take an English test if they could not apply before 1 July.
